Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely in love with your Pura Cashmere pieces. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size or color.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Cashmere

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
